A weekend event to explore more about your relationship with God, the importance of prayer for the world, and the value of church. An opportunity to learn, grow, and share together.

There were activities for all ages, with multiple programmes running in parallel, with something for everybody.

This event was organised by the Mini Focus committee in collaboration with the Church Activities department at The Mother Church.

This weekend-long event included:

  • Lectures by the Christian Science Board of Lectureship
  • Creative hands-on workshops geared toward each age group
  • Challenging discussion groups and panels
  • An opportunity to meet with fellow Christian Scientists from across the UK

Ticket Types

  • This ticket has been reduced from £150 by a kind donation from the Westminster Fund.  This ticket type includes all activities, meals and snacks throughout the weekend starting with Friday dinner and ending with Sunday lunch.
  • Shared accommodation is available for people aged 18-30 and mature students on a first come, first served basis. Otherwise this ticket type does not include accommodation.
  • This ticket type includes all activities and meals after 6 pm on Friday and Saturday
  • This ticket type includes all programmed Summit activities for Sunday School age young people, optional free childcare for younger children (Saturday and Sunday daytime), access to all Summit activities, meals, and snacks throughout the weekend starting with Friday dinner and ending with Sunday lunch
  • If you have a minor who wishes to attend without a parent, please be in touch
  • Online access to livestreamed and Zoom talks, workshops, and activities
  • Please do not share any access links outside your own household

  • There will be a variety of programmed Summit activities for Sunday School age children
  • Free professional childcare is available on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th October at BCEC for children attending the Summit. The care will be provided by Dainty Little Hands Ltd, a fully regulated, OFSTED registered care company who will be offering a mobile care provision for the weekend.

  • Financial support for travel is available for those coming from the UK and Europe
