We’re excited to announce the UK CS TMC Summit to take place in October 2020. This summit is open to all those interested in Christian Science.
Are you committed to church or still figuring out your relationship to Christian Science? Are you a student, young professional or world traveller? Are you a parent with young children or a grandparent with lots to share? If you’re interested in exploring how Christian Science can have a more effective healing impact in your life, in your church community and for the world, we’d love for you to join us.
Jesus’ comment “You are the light of the world” (Matt 5:14) is the metaphysical theme for the summit. Mary Baker Eddy wrote: “A Christian Scientist occupies the place at this period of which Jesus spoke to his disciples, when he said: ‘Ye are the salt of the earth.’ ‘Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.’ Let us watch, work, and pray that this salt lose not its saltness, and that this light be not hid, but radiate and glow into noontide glory.” (SH 367:17)
Come and explore these ideas; together let our light shine so bright it cannot be hid.
